What would you do for a sweet new Premium Format Figure from Sideshow? Would you be willing to KISS and Tell? ToyTracker.Net is pleased to announce the start of our Summer 2008 Contest. My special thanks go to Sideshow Collectibles for sponsoring this year's fabulous and very fitting Grand Prize: A 1/4 scale Premium Format Figure featuring 1970's rock icon Ace Frehley of KISS, or as his character was known on stage, "The SpaceMan"! Second and third place prizes will also be awarded from my personal stock, as described below.

To enter the main contest, you must submit a digital photograph which features some kind of KISS. Your photo can be freaky, funny, silly, sexy, sweet or even scary ... but not obscene or pornographic, please. All entries must consist of an original photograph taken for the purpose of this contest, and must include either a product manufactured by Sideshow Collectibles or a sign reading "ToyTracker.Net - KISS and Tell". No digital image manipulation is allowed beyond basic cropping, resizing and color correction. You may optionally include a watermark, signature logo or title and caption text. Entries are not required to contain any human participants whatsoever, but any individuals which do appear in a submitted photograph must understand and consent that ToyTracker.Net has the right to display and redistribute their image electronically. All submissions should be made by email to the address kissandtell@toytracker.net, and must be received no later than Midnight Central US time, Sunday, August 10, 2008. We ask that image attachments be kept under one megabyte in size. The preferred photo format is jpeg. Each valid contest entry will receive a personal confirmation of receipt.

In addition to the grand prize figure, two additional contest winners are guaranteed. The first runner up in the photograph competition will have their choice of three ultra-limited Gentle Giant exclusives taken from my private collectible stock. The available options are the Luna Lovegood Mini Bust (SDCC 2007 - 1000 pieces), Glorfindel Mini Bust (SDCC 2007 - 500 pieces), and the Princess Leia and R2-D2 Black and White Animated Maquette (Blister/Website - 500 pieces). These are brand new items and international shipping is included. The third and final winner will be randomly selected from all registered Collection Manager users who: A) Log into their account at least one time during the contest duration, and who B) are active subscribers to our "ToyTracks" newsletter at the time the contest ends. They will have a choice from the two remaining prizes, and international shipping is again included.

Selection of the winning and runner up photographs will be made by the SpaceMan with a little help from Mrs. SpaceMan, and their decisions will be final. Winners will be notified by email at the address from which their submission was made, or for winner three, the address registered with their CM account. The results will be made public within one week of the contest end date on Auguest 10.

The grand prize winner must allow 4-6 weeks after announcement of win to receive the product from Sideshow Collectibles. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions and/or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. See below for more International Shipping Terms. All continental US orders are shipped via either UPS or FedEx ground service. Because FedEx cannot provide tracking numbers for P.O. Boxes, Sideshow Collectibles will not ship to a P.O. Box. The winner must provide a street address or shipment will be delayed. For FedEx Ground deliveries, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery from the date your prize is shipped.

All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All international winners will be responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes or import fees assessed to their prize. Further, some countries outside of the U.S. do not have reliable mail services. In the event that a prize has been stolen or mishandled during shipment to an international destination, a specific replacement may be unavailable, and Sideshow or ToyTracker may substitute a prize at their own discretion. If the winner prefers a specific quicker shipping method, they are responsible to notify Sideshow or ToyTracker.Net immediately, and will be responsible to cover the additional costs if any.
