Collection Management System
This area of the website will allow you to personalize your experience here in a unique new way. It easily facilitates real-time value tracking of not only individual pieces, but of your own collection as a whole.
Your pieces may be grouped by six categories: Items to keep personally, personal items on order, wish list, items for sale or trade, sale items on order and items previously sold. You may also edit the purchase cost and sale price per item if the msrp and current value do not reflect your actual trading. The total msrp, cost, value, income and difference margin are calculated for each category.
Your account registration information and collection contents will be password-protected and not viewable by the public.
- If you have not yet created a user account, you will first need to Register. Please note that you will be sent a unique account verification link via email. If you have strong spam filtering this message could be misdirected.
- If you are verified and ready to Manage your collection (password required), proceed to this link where you will be offered further choices and instructions.
- After selecting the number and type of pieces in your collection, you may choose to set custom Prices for each item.
- Click here to View your collection sorted by category, order status and availability for trade.
- Please follow this link to edit your Profile, update your registration or subscribe to our newsletter "ToyTracks".
- You can get a New Password via email if you have forgotten your login information.
